OXIGROUP Kft.’s Privacy and Data Processing Notice.

OXIGROUP Kft., as the data controller, processes the data of its customers and newsletter subscribers as follows.

OXIGROUP Kft. stores its customers’ data (name, address, telephone number, email address, billing address, list of products purchased, comments made when placing an order, the date of the order and purchase, and, if provided when placing the order, information about who told them about our products) for the purpose of fulfilling warranty obligations, providing information about refills and maintenance for purchased products (e.g. sending newsletters about the dates and locations of in-person customer service and siphon servicing), and paying referral commissions to recommenders, based on mutual economic interests.

During the purchase process, customers and visitors to our website have the option to subscribe to OXIGROUP Kft.’s newsletter about product information and promotions. When subscribing to the newsletter, we retain the subscriber’s name and email address, and, if provided, their telephone number and, if specified, information about who told them about our products, for the purpose of sending the newsletter until they unsubscribe. By subscribing to the newsletter, the subscriber consents to the processing of their data and to receiving newsletters.

Subscribers may at any time request the deletion of their data or information about the data held about them by emailing info@oxigroup.hu .

OXIGROUP Kft. does not transfer customers’ or newsletter subscribers’ data to third parties.

The newsletters are sent by the operator of the ListaMester online newsletter service, which acts as OXIGROUP Kft.’s data processor.
